| Yesterday Sonja showed us her animals. With us inside the stable to see them feed, and the donkeys outside, I noticed how calmly they waited for us to give a sign that they could enter too. It brought me back to the trains in Holland during rushfour, where people begin entering the train while others are still trying to get out. We could use some more days.
The Netherlands onkey – ness back home. We had a great, calm and stress – free stay here in a very enjoyable apartment.

E un luogo riposante e di qui e facile spingersi per l' Istria in ogni direzione. Anche Rovigno, col suo mare e raggiungibile in breve.
Ci sono stati preziosi i consigli che ci ha dato e i suggerimenti di suo figlio Rolando.
Lei e uscita a rendere La Casa di Matiki un punto dove le diverse culture si incontrano e si arricchiscono nel confronto. C'e' una grande apertura qui, verso tutto e tutti e insieme un grande rispetto verso ciascuno. Matiki ci e parso uno dei luoghi dove, con semplicita', si prepara la nuova Europa, puntando sulla conoscenza diretta delle varie culture e sulla conprensione reciproca : esperienze che fanno cadere naturalmente ogni pregiudizio.
